René specializes in executive search, career management and business consulting. He shares more than a decade of experience in coaching and behavioral assessment, business and organization revises, setting up ventures, forensic analysis, and asset monitoring and surveillance. René is also a partner in The Amrop Hever Group senior executive search, and serves as managing director for a chain of restaurants. He is a member of Chaine of Rottisseurs (Jakarta Chapter), American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), Institute of Financial Analysis Development (IPAF), and Association of Human Resources Practitioners – Indonesia Chapter.

René graduated cum laude from the University of Indonesia with a degree of Sarjana Ekonomi in Business Economics.

Among professional hoteliers in Indonesia, Yohan is known as the former Sopexa Wine Education Program Instructor. He is also the author of the best selling "Rahasia Wine", the first wine book written in Bahasa Indonesia. Yohan also writes for several magazines and newspaper both in Indonesia and Singapore. In 2005 he served as one of the jury for Best Sommelier Competition in Indonesian Wine Festival.

Yohan holds a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and Diploma in Marketing Research from Market Research Society of Australia.

Yanto has an impressive track record of leading teams in the development of high-quality deliverables. As a finance and Information Technology professional, his expertise has benefited international banks like Citibank and Standard Chartered, mobile content providers, educational institutions and retailers. Yanto is the co-founder of one of Indonesia’s leading mobile content providers, and serves as consultant on enterprise computing for some of Indonesia’s top conglomerates. His experience spans almost two decades of telecommunications, and information and computing technology.

Yanto took up his Master of Business in Finance degree at the University of Technology, Sydney with an undergraduate degree of Mathematical Science from the McMaster University in Canada.

Dieter is internationally recognized for his culinary concoctions and passion for perfection. Starting at the age of 19, he worked as Chief Baker at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai and worked his way to become Executive Pastry Chef in numerous leading hotel chains in UAE, Syria, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Indonesia, where he is currently operating. Dieter has used his savvy entrepreneurial skills by establishing The Embassy of Chocolate, initiating the Jakarta Chocolate Expo, and transforming a Jakarta-based industrial chocolate division as one of the most recognizable Industrial Chocolate Brands in Southeast Asia. He has used his passion for helping various hospitality sectors and food manufacturing industries to create and market new products, and streamline operations.

Dieter obtained his Master’s Degree (Meisterbrief) from the Handwerkskammer Koblenz.
